Personally speaking, I seldom listening to radio programme. Based on some special reasons, I can hear a program from one channel occasionally, but passively. I find it very terrible when:
1) the hosts just talking and talking, actually bull-shiting.
2) cannot know what kind of reasons, they are laughing like hell in every 5-10 seconds.
3) you definitely cannot find what are they talking about. No content, no topic.
For these kind of people, the name "DJ" is absolutely not suitable for them. In other words, they do not deserve to bear this name.
To me, a series of good old songs, little feelings shared in between from the host, is already a perfect radio program.
