England Crash Out

It is absolutely a disaster for England national team, and even the whole United Britain as all of their 4 teams stopped before entering into the final round of Euro 2008. When the Englishmen cannot make it for only a Euro game, how they can even talk about their World Cup Dream?
I hope this is again a very good lesson for the "star"-players to think deeply: Why their performance is so bad (even only resulted in 3rd ranking with the same points as Israel)? On the other hand, their salaries is unbelievably high?
